An innovative new taste in desserts! We've added actual fruit pieces and flavor to our moist cake mixes for a delicious dessert that is low-sodium, low-fat, no sugar-added, and cholesterol-free. Serve plain or top with Calorie Control® Whipped Topping or sugar-free Icings. Mixes can also be used to prepare muffins or cookies. Each 16 oz. pouch yields two 8" round cake layers, 120 1-1/2" cookies, or 20 muffins. DIABETIC EXCHANGE: One serving is approximately equal to 2 bread and ½ fat exchanges.
Ingredients: Enriched wheat flour, sorbitol (a sweetening and dietary adjunct utilized as a carbohydrate but metabolized more slowly-useful in some diabetic diets on the advice of a physician), maltodextrin, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, low moisture cinnamon-flavored apples (treated with sodium sulfite to prevent browning), egg white solids, powdered cellulose, nonfat dry milk, potassium bicarbonate, sodium aluminum phosphate, modified corn starch, soy lecithin, mono and diglycerides, natural and artificial flavors, xanthan gum, caramel color, acesulfame potassium.
